Ghiblis website has posted a new listing for the release of Majestic: The Black Cat ( ボルト・ヒイブ・ブラッシュ ) film, which is a follow-up to the Ghiblin film Majestic ( ダンキャラ ・マリガン ).
The listing reveals the film will be directed by Kazutaka Hidaka and features an ensemble cast of Miyazaki, Maeda Kiyoshi, Tetsuya Nakagawa, Katsuhiro Otomo, Masamune Shirow, Kenji Shimizu, Yūki Hikasa, Hiroki Watanabe, Ryozo Tsujimoto, Kenichiro Watanuki, and Yuji Nagatsuka.
The listing notes that the film is scheduled for a 2018 release.
It also includes a new title and subtitle.
The movie will be the first Ghibil film to be released outside Japan.
The listing also includes the first trailer for the film, titled “Majicore: Black Cat” ( ポイブレーナ・ピューレート・ブローター ).
The trailer, which you can watch below, introduces the main characters, including the cat.
It tells the story of the cat, who is kidnapped and used by an evil corporation as part of a plan to turn a human into a black cat.
The trailer shows how the cat is taken away and used as a slave by the corporation’s scientists, and then killed.
It ends with a flashback sequence showing how the Black Cat is raised as a captive and then used as part the evil corporation’s plan to create a black-hearted robot.

The trailer for Majestic is the first film to debut on the Sony Pictures Classics website, and it is also the first time the film has been released outside of Japan.
The announcement was made at the Tokyo International Film Festival on Thursday.
It was also confirmed that the trailer will feature an original score by Noboru Yamashita.
The Black Cat: The Movie was released in 2011.
The Ghiblies newest film, Muppets Most Wanted: The Adventures of Black Cat, was released on March 25, 2018.
