By Emily Krantz-KrantzAssociated PressA MANILA (AP) — A man who used a homemade chemical called ammonium sulfate to make a sex tape made by an Internet porn star has been sentenced to three years in prison.
The Philippine National Police said in a news release Wednesday that the man, identified by his initials D.M., pleaded guilty in March to distributing illegal material and the attempted distribution of child pornography.
He also pleaded guilty to the production of child porn and the production and distribution of a pornographic video.
A woman who had sex with D.S. said the man showed up at their home with a gun and demanded money.
They agreed to meet in an alley and, using an Amazon gift card, agreed to do a sex act for about $1,000 each, the police said.
They later agreed to make up the porn film for $200.
The woman agreed to have the sex film made available on the Internet.
The man later bought a computer and used it to make more sex tapes, the Police said.
The police said the videos were made in an apartment in Davao City, a popular tourist destination.
